As the state's first premium winery, Columbia was founded half a century ago by ten friends who believed fine wine could be produced in Washington. While that's hardly a new notion today, it was then. We leveraged this unique pioneering/heritage message via new packaging, identity and point-of-purchase displays that far exceeded expectations; today distribution has grown to include Canada, Europe and the Pacific Rim.
